The title of the session is The Balanced Scorecard – A Strategic Performance Measurement Framework. The Balanced Scorecard is a framework for identifying and measuring organizational performance from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. It should motivate individuals and units throughout an organization to work toward a common vision and improve strategic and operating success.
